PRODUCT USAGE POLICY

THE CUSTOMER IS REQUESTED TO PLEASE READ THIS PRODUCT USAGE POLICY APPLICABLE TO THE RENTAL OF PRODUCTS (“POLICY”) CAREFULLY. BY USING ISPICK FOR AVAILING THE PRODUCT FOR RENTAL, YOU INDICATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS MARKETPLACE, IN ITS ENTIRETY. 

ANY CAPITALISED WORD USED IN THIS POLICY SHALL HAVE THE SAME MEANING AS STATED IN THE TERMS OF USE.

Customer acknowledges and warrants that it shall:

  1. Keep Products at the agreed location, and not remove it without the Product Lister’s consent.
  2. Not remove, alter, disfigure, or cover up any numbering, lettering or emblems displayed on Products and shall see that the Product is not subject to careless, unusual or rough usage. 
  3. Not make changes to electrical supply Products, wiring and sensors. 
  4. Give timely intimation to the Product Lister with respect to any repairs or maintenance required for the Products. 
  5. Be liable to bear the additional charges for repairs and maintenance in the event the damage cause to the Products is on account of acts or omission of the Customer in using the Products.
  6. Promptly inform the Product Lister about any loss, theft, or destruction of or to Products. Customer shall promptly file a FIR with the nearest police station and provide Product Lister a copy of the same. 
  7. Pay all fees, assessments and excise and other taxes or hereafter imposed and relating to the Customer’s use or possession of Products.
  8. Ensure that during at the time of availing or return of the Products, it is handled in a careful manner and no harm is cause to the Products. 
  9. The Product Lister has acquainted the Customer with the manufacturers rated capacity and specifications of the Products. The Customer undertakes that it will use or permit the Products to be used only in a responsible manner and undertakes not to use the Products in excess of its rated capacity and specification, without prior written consent of the Company
  10. Not to sell, assign, sublet, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise encumber or suffer a lien upon or against any interest in the Products.

 

Any breach of the terms of this Policy shall give the right to the Company and the Product Lister to repossess the Product and seek any remedies against the Customer as it deems fit as per the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use and applicable laws.
